Situation: Revising a long document after being told "this phrasing is off." The same writing habit appeared throughout the document.
What the AI did: It fixed only the one spot that was pointed out and replied "fixed." The same kind of phrasing stayed elsewhere, and this repeated with each new comment, one spot at a time.
How to ask next time (the operator's example): "Restate my comment as 'this kind of problem,' find every place in the same category, then fix them. Tell me whether you covered everything and what you didn't check."
One question to ask: What kind of problem is this one an example of, and where else does that kind appear?
Check it yourself: Ask the AI for the search term or pattern it used to find the other cases, then run that search yourself. Every hit should either be fixed or have a reason it was left.
