Wrote a service's limits from memory

Research

Situation
Having an AI look up the free tier and rate limits of an outside service you plan to use.
What the AI did
It wrote a limit from memory. When someone later checked the limit that really applied, the AI had given an account-wide figure; the limit for the specific type in use differed by an order of magnitude.
How to ask next time (the operator's example)
"Check the limit that actually applies to how we use it, in the official documentation or on the dashboard, and say what the limit is per. If you can't confirm it, write 'unconfirmed.'"
One question to ask
What exactly does this limit count: per account, per model, per day?
Check it yourself
Open the provider's limits page yourself and find the row for your plan and the product you use. Many providers list limits per model, plan, or tier in one table, and a number from memory can be from the wrong row.
